    2 questions

    1. throttle body went bad at 15.500km, i replaced it with this model 03L128063R and cleard all the error's
    and engine light gone after 3-4 days of driving it came back but this time i get this.


    1 Fault Found:

    7859 - Intake Manifold Flap Position Sensor (Bank 1)
    P2015 00 [175] - Implausible Signal
    MIL ON - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
    Freeze Frame:
    Fault Status: 00000001
    Fault Priority: 2
    Fault Frequency: 11
    Mileage: 158349 km
    Date: 2015.02.23
    Time: 01:03:44
    so i took out the throttle body clean it and ran a Basic Settings before puting it back and i see it working,
    but still Engine Light still comes up? i have VCDS 12.12

    03. test of throttle valve adaption it rans OK!
    2. Now to a easy question mabye but where is the green 4 pin engine coolant sensor or (temperature sensor)
    located on this car i know it has two of them 1. black 2 pin and 1 green 4 pin, i have uploaded some pictures

    The intake manifold flap is not the throttle body.....the intake manifold flaps are a notorious problem with these cars I believe the fix is to replace the intake manifold, search around on here for "intake manifold flap".

    problem solved, i had to replace my EGR valve and cleaned them very good from carbon and nasty thick oil. don't for get to clean the throttle body
