    I've searched all over the place. I can't seem to find who sells this part. Maybe I'm using the wrong term to search. I can't be the only one that has needed to replace this stupid thing. Thanks in advance!

    FYI, that is for the exterior piece only, it doesn't include the wiring harness which is 8E0971145. The harness I purchased from ECS needed to be modified to fit my trim piece.

    The plastic portion simply holds the harness and there is a little plastic protrusion on the backside of the handle that presses the release button on the harness. Can't think of why you would need to replace the plastic portion instead of the harness.

    I ordered a different part # i have an early 02. Just need the housing. My harness is good.

    If you look its in two pieces....and the screws for the lights are junk and stuck in the housing.

    If i keep my dick beaters off the harness it should be ok to reuse...it seems to be in good shape!

    Since this part has been brought up does anybody know if the rubber cover over the latch can be replaced seperatly?
