The time has come to part ways with my first set of HRE wheels. This particular style is timeless, now vintage by HRE, and by far the best directional wheels out and will go with any body style. Although, I wish I can keep them, I need to fund my next set of wheels. So they must go. The fitment is flawless on the Audi B5, B6 and B7 chassis.
The specs are as followed and serial numbers will be provided if needed. And according to HRE they are rare because of this particular set up. Polished Step Lips, non sandwich mount, bbk clearance for the fronts and maximum lip for the rears.
The front specs are 18x8.5 et +18 PCD 5x112 CB 57.1 using hubcentric ring mounted on 215/40/18 falken ziex ze512 and Falken fk452 with 75% tread some camber wear but can be flipped BBK clearance. No rashes and wheels balanced to 0.
The rear specs are 18x9.5 et +19 PCD 5x112 mounted on 225/40/18 falken ziex ze512 75% tread some camber wear but can be flipped and is set for max lip fitment. Wheels balanced to 0. Passenger rear has a scuff mark from mounting and was polished out but still shows.
The wheels were refinished a couple years ago to stay ahead of the scene. Full tear down was done. The faces were powder coated Pearl white and the inner barrels where sprayed matte black and the hardware was coated in a dark blue almost looking black color while having the step lips polished. Brand new HRE center caps were purchase at that time.
