Does it still function as a side marker? Would be kind of cool to see it lit up at night.

It was a complete marker replacements not a sticker, found them on ebay.de and said why not. They work just as normal markets but they are somewhat blacked out and when the market flashes you primarily only see the logo lit up. I'll try to post a short video of it soon but at the moment we've got pretty crappy weather outside and I don't have a garage so it might be a day or 2.

It wasn't the cheapest thing I'll admit but I had the overtime $ and thought it was a nice touch that was a bit subtle but like minded enthusiasts would find cool. I guess if you had the time and will you could get some black out film and put something similar together but these were completely molded and put together so they were pretty quality pieces.

Me too, I bought some white bulbs but they still blink yellow so it's the marker not the bulb unfortunately

My friends Nogaro S4 has something similar, however he made his own Stencil and it lights up the classic Audi Badge (think Audi 4000 Era), then painted the rest of the marker Nogaro blue. I am thinking about doing the same on my S4 but don't have the fender lights on my Facelift A6. I am actually keeping an eye on local yards for older fenders so I can have this, in addition to my Mirror signals (which I don't like actually)
