    Leaking Sunroof

So i have a leaking sunroof. Seems to leak from the rear of the sunroof. I tested all four drain plus (put a gallon of water through each) and they flowed easily so I dont think they are clogged. But when I have the sunroof closed, it begins to leak. I'm thinking it is the seal that goes around sunroof but don't know how hard that would be to replace because a couple things i have read said you have to remove the headliner and the sunroof to re do the seals. Any ideas on what could be leaking or a good diy on how to fix it if it is the seal?

It's probably the drain hose being loose or cracked at the point where it meets the sunroof track..

That might be so. I was thinking since it only leaks when it is closed that it might also be the Sunroof Rain Channel

The rain channel that runs across the sunroof frame at the rear is just a plain metal rectangular piece on to which water falls through the seals when closed. Unless you have a crack(highly unlikely) or a block on that rain channel, water should just fall nicely on to the side rain channels and then escape through the drain holes at the back and the front.
Where is it leaking exactly on the headliner? Post a picture..
