Can't adjust rear toe to specification

I mean "can't adjust rear toe" . Damn wireless keyboard

So i am at a complete lost here with the passenger side rear alignment. Replaced the tie rod and lower control arm and the shop can only adjust the rear passenger toe to +0.46 deg. Specs is 0.05 to 0.15. What else can affect the rear toe on these suspension?
Is tire wear going to be really significant or should i just not worry about the minor toe out?

Looks like tire wear will be an issue and rear toe would affect how the front tire wears as well.
Will be researching and post anything I might find that is useful.
