Not trying to take away from your experience, but myself and others have had impeccable service over the years from Allen and his team at Simply Tire. Are they busy over there? Absolutely! However, that's a reflection of new and return customers that recognize they're getting a great deal from a company that stands behind their work. When I ordered my VMR V710's in a Sunken Treasure powdercoat finish, VMR kept screwing up the finish which delayed my order by several months. It was Allen who was on the phone with them repeatedly in effort to get things done right. I'm sure there are other company's that offer great rates and may be quicker to respond to customer requests, but some things are worth waiting for. It's unfortunate that you didn't have a positive experience, but at least you got your needs met elsewhere.

I agree with LoveMyA4 and IceSilverS4. I bought my first set of winters from Allen and had no issues. Was really helpful and tried to get back to me as soon as he could with questions because he was insanely busy. Booked an appointment went to the shop, got them installed and was a happy customer.

I have bought two sets of rims and tires from Allen. Great guy and he's got a good staff there too.

My last set was some 22" Rinspeed reps for our Q7. After I got them on I was disappointed that the wheel caps were not going to be able to be Audi ones. They just wouldn't fit. So Allen said he would have his guy make me a set at no extra charge.

Stuff like that makes lifetime customers.

decided to give them another chance, and I kid you not same thing, this time Allen did send me an email to contact Zook, fine I did, I wanted to order some Rohana wheels, but Zook emailed and said they are not good and get vorstiner, I emailed back saying I would like the rohana and to order them, have heard nothing and send maybe 5-6 emails. I guess I will just purchase from premiertire. No way a proper shop would do this twice to the same guy, maybe they just hate me lol.

Its unfortunate that your experience has been like that again. But when i was shopping for wheels this summer, Allen and his team were nothing but helpful even though I did not go with they suggested. I actually went back and forth via e-mail hummed and hawed about what I wanted. I received nothing but professionalism, patience and the willingness to get what I wanted.

The past 2 years, I bought 2 set of rims & 8 set of tires from Allen and I am really satisfy with their service! 2 week ago because my set of Hartmann was being delayed by the custom, Allen even delivered my set of snow to my house in person on a weeknight evening then I can put them on my S5 before the first snow fall we get! Also last year I ordered a set of summer replacement but then found out michelin is wider than bridgestone even they are same 235 width and cause rubbing on my lowered honda. Allen just swap out the michelin with bridgestone for me without charge me anything for their extra work, so I give +100 to simply tire
