Hi Guys,

Let me formally introduce myself. I live in St Louis, MO. My dogs are named Sammy and Hagar. I'm a passionate car fan and especially of VAG products.

I currently have a 2010 B8 S4 DSG with 144,000 trouble free miles on it. It's been an amazing car. Not one repair other than a couple simple TSB's that were part of me being an early adopter.

Today I put the order in for a 2016 Glacier White Metallic S6.

Options:

Driver Assist
B and O
Carbon Atlas
20'' 5 spoke wheels
Black cloth headliner

To keep the price were I wanted it I gave up the sport package and the night vision in trade for the B and O. I really wish the Sport Diff was standard on this car like last year. But I'm not going to track it so I think I won't miss it (I have it on my S4) as much as I will love the B and O every mile. Plus if I'm missing a little more bark from the exhaust I can go AWE or a competitor. That is how I justified the B and O (the Bose just did not do it for me).

My dealer already gave me a commission number. My salesman told me he would get me enrolled in the "owner in waiting" communications program. That will help me deal with my long 3 month wait a little.

My dealer is Bommarito West County. Love their service department and the sales guys are great to work with. I did use the Audi club discount and when the car comes in I will apply the Audi Loyalty bonus.

He can always title the car as 1984 model ;)

Ha Ha... I'm more of a Van Hagar fan but the David Lee Roth music was great too! Maybe I should go with 5150. :)
