Noob Question - MAF Sensor

Hey Guys -

Probably a stupid question but I would like opinions. I have to replace the MAF Sensor on my 2007 A6 4.2L... Is there a difference in brand? I see there is a big difference from a Bosch and other brands, which I am assuming would be considered OEM.

Stick with OEM, especially when looking at something that directly impacts the drivability of your vehicle.

So after taking it off, it appears that the oem (or at least what was on my vehicle, I bought it used) is Bosch bran. Is Bosch considered oem or has mine been replaced already? Concerning for me since I'm only sitting at 76k...
