    Question WOLFS 5W30 Oil change.

    Hello,

Just got an oil change for my 2002 A4 1.8. After looking at the ticket I saw they had used WOLFS 5W30 syn. They had told me they use Mobil1.
Is this the correct oil for my vehicle? Or should I take it back and complain?

    Please let me know.
    thanks.

Looks like 5w30 is fine but most use 40

If they told you they use Mobil 1 and they used a different oil I would complain. Sounds like they mislead you to believing they use a different oil and lied. Bad business practice if you ask me.

Second that. I'd go back and talk to the service writer and get the situation fixed.
