    Tuning a Audi B6 3.0 Quattero

I want to get a performance tune for my 2003 B6 3.0 Quattero

Now, how much HP can I expect from this?

I'm new to this and I want to get the most out of my Audi...

How much does this cost as well, what are some fair prices?

    Thank you!

    Try

Don't expect much for gains, even in "Quattero" trim.

I did it to my old 3.0/ manual. I did a tune and the other mods I could do short of gutting the cats. What can you expect? If your car runs REALLY good it's a noticeable difference. But not much more than that- if it's 15-20hp then that's ALL it is.
I'd say it's worth a $250-$400 investment, not a penny more. It doesn't make the 3.0 any more of a match against a fast car, in fact it doesn't even make it 'fast' . But it makes it better, a little more fun to drive. A 3.0 manual car is a decent car, and generally reliable and usually as good as the average tuned 1.8L.
Nothing wrong with it, but the 3.0 'potential' is limited. Beyond a few hundred $ and some DIY mods you are throwing money away tuning the 3.0 . Sorry, it's facts. JHM is a good company- but you'll send them $10k and get 28hp more out of your 3.0 and not even touch a 2.7L with misfires.
Want performance? Start with something different. If you like your car, do what you want- just don't have super high expectations.

10-15% gains over stock is where you'll top out after tuning and supporting mods, maybe 20% if you're lucky. It'll be more fun to drive, but still no speed machine. And ignore the 1.8T stuff, it isn't any faster than a 3.0 unless you go Stage 3+
