    i'm thinking of a set AG M510 for my RS5 in 10x20".
here in Europe aren't so many with these wheels, so i hope anyone here can say something about the built quality.
    are there any troubles?
    broken or bent wheels?

    someone here with M510 or M590 on a RS5?

    thanks in advice!

build quality seems pretty good. i had a set of ag m550's and they withstand a lot of abuse the time i had em. never had a bend. chipping on the finish is another story. its a hit or miss.

nate has the m580 on his RS.

I have had my M590s for a few months now, I cant say I have had any problems with them. No chipping or bends, and have been over some pretty crappy roads.

I think I'm going to put high performance snow tires on my OEM 19" peelers and run those next winter...those should look hot with my spacers.

just avoid the satin silver finish. the matte silver paint stains easily and is prone to chipping.

Why are you looking at AG specifically? Is it because of price? I mean, they're not forged wheels (correct me I'm wrong).

because its one of the wheels i like on daytona and i won't pay 9000€ or 12000$ for a set wheels like Adv.1 or HRE.
if i find a set forged wheels for a good price, i would definitely go for some forged ones.

I have a set of AG Forged F331s. No complaints at all. Strong ass wheel, reasonable weight, great finish.

I had the 510s for about 1.5 years, Loved them and i had no issues other then running into ginormous creators. I ordered a set of bespoke 590s a about a month ago...

They are very nice quality wheels. We run them on a few cars. As with any wheels you should also make sure to take care of them with proper cleaning to prevent any powdercoating flaking/chips

I have the Avant Garde M310 and they are OK. The chip EXTREMELY easily. I was changing the lugs and I barely tapped it against the well around the lug hole and it chipped the paint off. I mean hardly any force and it took off a chunk about 3/8" across. I also have several chips from rocks on the highway (damn NJ construction!). I also slightly bent two of them hitting a pothole. I don't know if the stock wheels would have bent. However, they were able to be repaired which tells me the damage was minimal. The mechanic would have thrown them out if they were too far gone.
