'15 A3 - Various MMI Issues

I picked up my A3 back in November and have been searching the web to answer some frustrations but to no resolve.
Can anyone offer any insight...

1. You can receive texts with phone connected via bluetooth but you cannot respond to texts?? ...Even though there's a reply button.. its grayed out? Also you can't you use the voice command button to reply?
2. Album artwork appears randomly for certain songs whether it be playing via bluetooth or iphone cable? Otherwise it shows some generic picture...
3. Pictures are assigned to each contact on my phone however my contact list on the a3 screen will not display the pictures but instead shows an image like a contact photo should be there but it is not....why even bother?

...I'm sure there's a few other issues that aren't coming to mind right now but I'll post those later.

If anyone has any answers to the problems above or can at least confirm there is no solution it would be much appreciated.

1)- Can't send texts while driving... not sure about voice command i haven't tried
2)- That happens to me too. I'm sure it's a database thing although I have audiconnect so I'm not sure why it won't download the correct artwork it might have something to do with the service that's running (i.e.-pandora, spotify, etc...) I haven't noticed which one is more reliable but I'll start taking notice
3)- Also not sure about this??

1. It won't let me send a text if I'm in park either though...
2. I'm just streaming iTunes music... not even using pandora etc. I read something about album artwork needing to be embedded but I'm not too sure what that entails

anyone else have any ideas?

Sorry, this might not help much, but I traded a '13 Lexus GS F Sport for my S5. The GS had some pretty amazing technology, but it would not let me reply to texts. It would read them to me but I couldn't reply. Also, the album art through my iPod Nano was very hit-and-miss. Sometimes it was correct, sometimes it was generic. I'm just not sure the automakers or the providers they are working with have it all figured out yet. In any case, I now have a car that is a blast to drive with none of these features but that is one less thing for me to worry about!
