Going by H&R's application guide they only give one part number for S5 Coupe and Cabrio. Seems like a similar issue with guys who have ST's on S4's were they are "too low for their tastes". I wouldn't necessarily dub that as an issue, but more of a personal preference. Due to the added weight of the Cabrio I would assume it might sit lower than a Coupe, so please keep that in mind when deciding whether or not these coils are for you or not.

    I hope this helps!

My car sits FTG Rear 26 1/8", Front 25 7/8". I like the ride height and don't want to go any lower. Will the H&R Coils work, or will I not have enough adjustment to make those FTG happen?

Why would you want coilovers then? Why not just upgrade to a different shock and keep your factory springs?

These coils would at the very least give you a 1 inch drop. Going above that probably won't be possible. Not to mention that the cab being slightly heavier might compress the shocks more in the rear.
