spare wheel, help?

I have no idea how this has been holding air for the past year, but feast your eyes on my brothers b8 a4 wheel he hit on a curb 1 year ago...

I'm trying to help him, anyone have a salvaged Audi that has that wheel? Only need one... I gave him the safety talk so leave that out of the comments lol.

Yea i did, swapped the spare on and told him to not drive unless he has to. Trying to source a wheel now.
