odd squeak/ creak when shifting in gears

My 04 S4 tiptronic makes an odd creak when shifting out of park or reverse. I haven't had a chance to put the car on a lift to examine closely but it seems to be coming from the rear of the transmission. car has 53k miles. I have yet to change the fluid and otherwise the car shifts fine. Sounds more like something needs to be greased.

I did a forum search but didn't find anything similar. Anyone have the something like this on their car?

Sub'd. I don't have an answer but on a few occasions I have noticed random noises in my tip.
A few times after reversing out of my garage, I put it in drive and on the first 1-2 shift, there's a slight metallic "clink" noise. Then it never happens again.
