Anyone complete Stage 1 Oil Consumption for the A4 B8 at McKenna in Norwalk??

    Hey everyone,

I'm thinking of bringing in my 2010 A4 for stage 1 oil consumption test at the Norwalk, CA McKenna Audi location and just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with that dealer. I know dealers can have bad reputations for their service dept, so I'm wondering what the Audizine community has any feedback for this location and/or recommendations for where to take it for this test. Thanks!

The part 1 oil consumption test is as routine as a oil change at this point. What are you worried about?

If you are consuming oil at a high rate count on a partial rebuild..

I've had all my maintenance done at McKenna, and been happy with their service. There seems to have been quite a bit of turnover in the last couple of years though. The service manager who I originally worked with is gone, and have since worked with 2 different ones, but they've been fine. Also, fwiw, I've not been flagged TD1.

I used to take my car to Penske before McKenna, but the only reason I stopped going there is because the service manager who I was working there left.
