    Test-pipe supporting mods??

    I just got a test-pipe for my 2.0t b7 A4 and i was just wondering if there were any supporting mods that i needed to do at the same time if i wanted to install it? thanks!

    A full exhaust helps... haha. Plus then you dont have to take apart annoying bolts twice.

    Would make it easier in the long run if you did the downpipe now as well

    ZERO required IMO. I've been running just a test pipe for the last year with no adverse results.

    You dont really need any. I have the JHM testpipe and i have had 0 issues with it. The 'J' spacer prevents cel's and i have yet to get one so the thing works. Just make sure you have all the hardware, gaskets.. Some people go stage 2 which tells the ecu that there is no cat to prevent cel's.. If you get a test pipe other then JHM you might need to go stage 2.. To get rid of the cel

    I'm running the 034 Unit just for reference, and also using the 034 O2 Spacer with no CEL's for over a year. 100% stock otherwise, complete down to the paper filter.

    Oh yea.....buy the gasket and bolt kits. They're worth the extra cash (or at least they were on my 140k mile car).
