You'll need the wiring harness and a double din install kit. A good place to buy everything you need that's reputable is Crutchfield.com. Make sure when you snap the radio in that it's working and will not need to come back out. I had a hell of a time getting my Jensen double din out after I snapped it in. I had to break the install kit to get my radio back out. Just make sure everything is working before it's snapped in for good.

Or do what I did, and DONT snap it all the way in lol. I have my AppRadio 2 pushed all the way in, just not fully clicked in. Makes it easy to pull it out. Been fighting damn interference noises since I installed it a year ago.

Haha I hear ya! When I installed it the second time I made sure not to fully seat it as well. Drove for about a year before I just got an RNS-E.

enfig car stereo does complete no wiring harnesses that you can get...they are mad expensive though. If you dont want to solder or mess with wires check them out. Not sure if they make jvc specific harnesses though.

Yeah I got the Enfig kit for my single din, I can't get it to fully seat so it can easily slide out, kinda nice though since I had to ghetto cut an opening in the plastic bin under it so I can run my iPod cable through it. Also another I issue I have is radio reception, its terrible. If I actually have the antenna booster or w/e unplugged its a lot louder and more clear but still full of static, with all wiring out if I hold the factory antenna up to the rear view mirror is perfect but down inside its awful. IDK why, on the factory radio it was perfect reception.

This is completely unconfirmed but when I was talking to one of the car stereo guys at my local shop he said that there could be another antenna adapter that could trigger the booster to turn on? I dunno I have the same exact problem and I just bought a new antenna booster to boot so I know its not that. I would like some input on this if anybody out there knows
