    Necro bump!

Getting into my stage 3 build, I want to make sure I have the right injectors. This will be a k04/e85 + RS4 intake mani/fuel rail etc setup.

0280158298 - This 630cc mentioned by julex to be the best injector for the 2.7t - is anyone using it? It should flow enough for my k04/e85 needs?

0280158040 - This still seems to be the most popular stage 3 injector - bosch 965cc - I've asked a couple times and dug around a bit, does anyone have the exact specs for what's need to fit these with an RS4 fuel rail/intake manifold? Do they have EV1 connectors? Clocking @ 90' to the runner necessary?

the 0280158040 need a 'spacer' or hat, so order them WITH the hat. My exclusive source for those:

Thanks for the reply! As listed, are those going to be PnP with an RS4 manifold/fuel rail?

I only used them in 1.8T fuel rails (transverse/TT and longi 1.8T). the listing says '2.7T'. Contact the seller, he knows his stuff. I have never seen an RS4 fuel rail (and cannot see a reason to use one, the stock rails is fine IMO).

You have to run rs4 rails with a matching rs4 intake.

Another option instead of spacers is to grind the mounting posts on intake for the fuel rails like 5mm. Thats what I did since I’m not a fan of using spacers on injectors

630 is nowhere near enough, unless you feel like cranking the hell out of fuel pressure and running at close to 100% idc. Just doesn’t make sense.
