    Help Identifying Hose

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I was checking my hoses since some of them need replacing due to an oil leak, and ran into this hose underneath the engine cover it has a wet spot that when I wipe it off it slowly builds back up, yet there are no holes or any damage I can see other than it being a bit old, is this a fuel line? or how would I go about replacing it?

Replace the fuel line asap for sure! Never take a chance on fuel issues.

Thanks for the help guys! Ended up replacing the fuel line $10 worth of parts at my local Pepboys for the Hose and some clamps took about 30mins to do the job due to the old clamps being a bit of a pain to take out especially the back one, other than that just a couple of screws pop off the fuel rail and very important for those trying to DIY release the pressure valve at the back of the fuel rail with plenty of paper towels ( I put some paper towels in a plastic cup to catch the fuel that was stored in the fuel rail) dealership claimed it was sold as one part for Fuel Rail + Hose for over $170 or I could buy the Hose under my own risk from them for $56 glad I had Audizine to resort to.

    Parts + tools needed:

T30 screw driver or socket (two bolts that secure the fuel rail)
    Paper Towels
    Fuel Injection Hose Clamps
5/16" Hose with at least 75PSI rating the length is less than 18"
