    How do you find Roc Euro Service?

    Just a question, not bashing John@Roc Euro, but overall how is the service response? I bought a used intake which I consulted with John on Monday August 24th and appreciated the after hours response. John advised 3 items to be replaced, so I proceeded with the purchase. Invioce and shipping details were promised for Tuesday morning, which came and went. Six emails later still no update, so I finally called John who promised EOD (Friday) with invoice and shipping details again. The weekend has passed and again have nothing, so reaching out to the community to ask how were their dealings with Roc Euro. Please note - John did explain they were moving and everything was back on Track on Friday, but just a little disappointed after two EOD promises, still have nothing.

    End of Rant....

    My apologies- I'm moving into our new space and literally experiencing every problem along the way. All while still manufacturing products. No one really cares about that though, so again, my apologies on the delay.
    That being said, I have those items shipping to you at no cost. I'm just sitting down to blast emails and PMs right now.

    Moving sucks!

    It took me a minute to finalize my order with John as well, but he did something special for me. It is easy to forget things when you are running around or have 30 different personalized tasks for clients when you are not sitting at a computer and adding them to a to-do list, completing them one by one in order. Roc-Euro is definitely a traditional small business, mainly operated by one person (I think?) - I respect that and thing my experience was overall, worth the wait. John has stood behind his product, even if it has taken some time for a response. I do not regret my purchase. Plus, the sound is just intoxicating vs the competition.

    Just an update:

    John emailed and sent out the parts today totally free of charge. He explained the reason for the delay was the new location has some issues which required his attention, was very apologetic and explained the reasons which were valid. At the end of day, I have a UPS tracking number with parts which should be here in two days.

    John is one of the best vendors on this forum. Of the few people I've seen run into issues with Roc Euro, John steps up to the plate and makes it right for them every time. The post above is a perfect example. Kudos brother, you make awesome stuff and stand behind your product!

    OP, in response to your question.. Always had good interactions with John. Been running the strat/RE intake for 4 years now with no major issues. My brother just ordered a RE intake for his GTI too, wouldn't hesitate in recommending Roc euro to anyone.
