My 2012 A7 sport package 20" wheels are 9 inches wide if that's any help. The numbers are on the hub near the lug nuts. You might be able to see them through the spokes on the rear wheels.
2012 A7 3.0T Prestige, Ibis white/Nougat/Ash, 20" Sport, ACC, LED, HUD, Ferrada FR2 wheels, AWE Touring exhaust, Adam's Drag II rotors, BlackVue dash cams

No, I do not think so, they start off at 18, depending upon the model (premium, premium plus, prestige, etc..) varies from 18-20.

I meant that all the 20" stock A/S6 wheels are 8.5" wide. Of course there are other wheel sizes available as stock (18",19") but on your A6 comp, I am sure those are 20" wheels which would be 8.5" wide.
