    18 inch wheels for RS4

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I'm having difficulty finding 18 wheels/rims (winter setup) to fit the RS4. The main hurdle is an 18 rim that can clear the brake caliper. It appears that the concavity of the rim is the key factor in clearing the caliper for which there is no uniform measurement. I would really appreciate some help, I am looking rims (preferably black) that will work not those that should work as I have already taken that road and it leads nowhere.

TDR Pro Race 1.2 wheels. These are my track wheels. And many other owners. Offset is ET22-23 I believe. Run 275/35/18 on the track.

I've been running 18x10.5" Advans and 18x10" TE37's over 380mm rotors, they clear stock calipers and Stoptech calipers.

Once I sell the TE37's, I am getting a set of matte blue Volk ZE40.

If you can find something in silver (or any other color), we can always powder coat them black for you. We've mounted a bunch of sets of snows on the TDR's; I think Tire Rack also has a TRMotorsport in an 18" that will clear.

18x9 TDR 1.2s as Jared mentioned above. Run them with my winters as well as track tires. Mine are ET23.

They were silver originally, but I painted them black later.

Call Hartmann Wheels and see what they have in stock. You can usually choose from a wide variety of OE replicas

I have a set of RS4 DTM 18" wheels that I've run two different Nokian options on both my RS6 and RS4.

If you want a sport oriented winter tire, get some Nokian Hakka R2l

I've got these wheels as well for winter. I've seen at least one other rs4 using them too. They're et25 so they'll clear.

i'd be careful with 18s on the ZE40 - i have 19s (19x9.5et25) and they barely clear the stock calipers. i guess if you go x10 you'll be fine...

Thank you so much for the advices! I really wanted to find 18 inches for my RS4. I just bought Team Dynamics Racing mags and they are perfect!

    Full specs:
    - TDR 1.2
    - 9x18
    - offset 23
    - Color: matte black
    - bolt patter 5x112
    - with hub-centric adapter for 57.1mm
    - Exact model number is 5M2-890235112

Purchased them from www.perryautolaval.com in Montreal and got them in a week (shipped from Britain).

Fitted them with studded Nokian Hakka 8 in 245/40/18.

Note : you will need bolts with conical seats and 33mm shank instead of the OEM ball seat 28mm shank.

why do you have to go with 18"?

I run 19 with snows on my stock OEMs, and 20" for summers...
any particular reason you want 18"?

Far better tire choice. You can't get good performance tires in 19"+ without paying insane amounts.

Does anyone know if OEM B7 A4 Ti rims would clear for the RS4. It's an 18X 8 with ET 43. I have also have 10mm spacers if that would make a difference.

Running Forgestar CF05 18x9.5 ET 26 with 275/35/18 summer rubber. I'm stock height and stock brakes. I do have a minor rub on the drivers side front when I load up the suspension on that side.

Did you take the fender clip/screw out on the drivers front? Might help you if you didn't.

TDR Pro Race 1.2 are very nice. Light but pricey. I personally run Hartman DTM RS4's. They are light, strong, easy to clean and shed snow easily in the winter. Also no, they clear the brakes without spacers AND getting a second (conical) set of lugs isn't required. They use the stockers. The total combination led me to the Hartmans. (Gotta love those OZ's VenOm is running too!)

I'm assuming only a specific few different 18" wheel options actually fit the RS4? The Work Meister S1 caught my attention and I potentially like the idea of an 18" wheel and meaty tire look.

I’ve got a set of TDR 1.2 18x9” ET 23 RS4 fitment I’m trying to move to a good home.

I would trade for same set either 18X8” et 38 or 18x9” et 38. Or electronically transferred $$$
