The more aggressive sibling of our renowned Touring Edition Exhaust, the Track Edition Exhaust for the S5 is made of the same quality 304 stainless, is crafted in house, delivers the same power gains, but enters at a lower price point.

How is this different than a Touring Edition Exhaust?

The difference comes in the removal of AWE Tuning’s 180 Technology sound-cancelling rear-resonators, which can be found on our Touring Edition Exhaust. The result is a system that turns it up to 11 in the mid range, at part throttle. This system provides the same signature AWE Tuning note at full throttle.

Highlights of the S5 3.0T Track Edition Exhaust system

Hand-crafted, every detail of this system was labored over to ensure maximum performance and longevity:

• + 8hp, +9tq at the crank
• Increased pipe diameter to 2.5” to better let the engine exhale
• Available with Chrome Silver or Diamond Black adjustable tips
• Engineered, developed and manufactured in-house
• Thick .065" wall T304 stainless steel tubing
• Stainless steel TIG welds
• High quality stainless steel band clamps
• Optional AWE Tuning Downpipes for fine tuning sound volume
• Tips are individually adjustable and are available in Diamond Black or Chrome Silver finishes
• Lifetime Warranty

Optional Downpipe Packages

We offer our Resonated and Non-Resonated Downpipes.

• Our Resonated Downpipes feature resonators larger than the stock units in order to mellow the sound volume a bit.
• Our Non-Resonated Downpipes are suited for owners seeking the loudest we have to offer in the S5 line up.

Both our Resonated and Non-Resonated Downpipes feature larger than stock tubing diameter.
Downpipe + Exhaust packages offer the most cost-effective solution.

Keep in mind, if you purchase a Downpipe-Back system alone, you have one full year from the date of Downpipe-Back system purchase to buy the complementing downpipes, for the price difference between the Downpipe-Back system alone and the package price (price at the time of downpipe purchase).

Since downpipes do most of the volume control. The Touring Edition with a Non-Res DP should be slightly louder than the Track Edition with Resonated Downpipes. The Track edition system does not produce a louder volume than the touring edition at full throttle, where it's volume is noticeable is in the lower rpm and midrange. It will be much louder than the touring edition there (if both systems were attached to say Resonated Downpipes).
