Not sure if this has been mentioned before. Just came across this recall 69K5 on a Carfax report for an S4 on sale. I looked up my VIN on the below site and it appears to be affecting my car as well.

DESCRIPTION
In rare cases, it is possible that the front airbags in the affected vehicles may not deploy in a crash as designed, due to an improper algorithm/coding within the airbag control module. Front seat occupants may not have the intended protection from the frontal airbag system in a secondary impact, putting them at risk for injury. There have been no reports of accidents or injuries as a result of this concern in the United States.

Yes there are a couple of threads about it. Sounds like software update. I am bringing mine in next Saturday after rescheduling a couple of times.
