Trying to kick off another trend here close to the NY/NJ area.

Street View from light on Broadway. Careful, the place is hidden pretty well. Even my GPS seems to over shoot the address.

Here is a shot to see roughly where it is located in relation to the cross street

Platters is known for the Halal style lamb and rice platters made famous in NY.
This spot has been known for awesome meets in the past, and the owner is always welcoming! (Please let us keep it this way!)

They are open until 2am during the week, and later on Fridays and Saturdays.
Here is a menu for refference as to what is offered!

As all meets go, no stupidity please! Any excessive revving, burnouts, camber, or hondas; you will be voted the weakest link and sent home.

As a early start, we will be organizing a Toys for Tots run. Details are still within the works, however it will be along the lines of a meet and cruise to Picatinny Arsenal where the toy drop off will take place at the main gate. For those interested in participating, or helping out organize this event, please contact me via PM, or show up at any of the designated Platters, or Best Buy meets hosted by JustAB8 (as I normally attend them) and I will take your info for an email list!

We've been doing this for a while now, and never had any issue. In fact, some of the guys that come are from the area. As long as you abide by the set laws, no issues. That being said, we will have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to foul play. If for any reason you choose to break the law by any means at the meet, we will kindly ask you to leave and not come back. Some of us are ex law enforcement, current law enforcement, or work with law enforcement. We are enthusiast just like you, and we all have to abide by the rules.

Some were there monday if i am not mistaken. We have been working on getting these rolling for a bit. The next one is this thursday. Hope you can make it!

Awesome meet last night guys.

For any new comers... on the nights of our meet, juicy platters offers us a discount. Even more of a reason to stop by! Next meet is tentatively this Thursday again. We might switch to Friday if more people show interest in that date.

Possible thunderstorms are in the forecast for this Thursday. If the forecast remains, the meet will be changed to the garden state plaza mall Ikea. We will post an address with relative directions if need be.
