    Exhaust Tips: APR vs AWE

    I'm debating on these two pipes... Yes, I've read and searched the forum... Yes, I've listened to both. I like the sound of the AWE more, but I prefer the APR tips.

    From all the pics I've seen of the AWE tips, there appears to be two different styles? The straight cut and double walled? Can someone verify which tips come with the AWE? I prefer the double walled look.

    Tips are purely aesthetic, they don't affect the resonance sound.

    Maybe I wasn't clear. I like the APR tips over the AWE tips. I like the AWE sound over the APR sound.

    I went with APR because the exhaust videos online seemed comparable & I really liked the slash cut tips. Although, in person the apr exhaust is more tame than the awe exhaust but, after adding awe's resonated dp it really woke the exhaust up and I now prefer the tone of the APR system. I'd definantley recommend trying to hear both exhausts in person as the sound quality of videos isn't always the greatest.
