. . . you've pulled the wheels and put tire shine on the inside surface of the tires. Lol. Okay, I didn't go that far but I detailed everything else. Now I am relaxed and ready for the week ahead.

    And my favorite:

I would not use tire shine in the interior, it is not for closed in spaces. It may also be detrimental to other interior material.

All is right. Don't you just love a clean car? And it doesn't bother me that it's going to get dirty because that will give me an excuse to do it all over again. I have been using meguiar's gold carnauba paste (plus a pile of microfiber towels!) for a while now.

I was joking about using tire shine on the inside surface of the tires. It didn't translate. I usually don't use anything on the interior other than a moist microfiber towel to pick up the dust, a dry microfiber to get smudges on the interior of the windows and instrument custer, and vacuum. I don't treat the leather. It's a 36 mo lease and I've never had a problem with the leather aging in that short of a time period.

Why not treat the leather every so often ? it keeps it clean and pliant therefore less susceptible to marks and age wrinkles...

I'm not saying you shouldn't. I just haven't felt the need to do it. Although, this is my first time with the perforated leather so time will tell how well that wears. I didn't notice any wear or deterioration on the leather of my two prior A6s on 36 month periods. Hence, I spend my detailing time focused on the exterior paint and wheels.

I am kinda ocd when it comes to a clean car. I happen to clean it every weekend - a whole hour of loving. I used clay bar & Klasse a couple of months ago and it just made the car look new. The manual says it needs to be redone every 6 months. I'd probably do it at the end of 4 months again.
