    IMO, it's hard to justify the premium you pay for the RS given pretty subtle difference between the two. It should hold value better long-term %-wise, but you'll probably lose more $-wise if you sell it. Drive the S7, then the RS7 back to back and decide for yourself if it was $25k better of an experience. Not at all saying that RS isn't a fantastic car though.

    Thanks for the replies so far guys. its kinda of what I've been thinking. it is def a big price jump over the s7 but the look is also a bit more aggressive on the rs vs the s and of course the hp difference. the rs I'm looking at id the Nardo grey with CF package. its retail is 125k. vs the s7 at about 82k. I won't mod the car at all i just want to get in and drive it. or at least until the warranty is up :) Is the real world MPG pretty close to the same on both cars even though ones a 7 and ones a 8 speed ? during cruising long distance of course. decsisons decisions.
