you're going to have to get the low profile one, with 2 non foulers my 02 sensor hits the trans and their spacer looks to be about the same length, I'd go with the low profile one, I'm running one drilled out non fouler on my rear 02 with no cat codes for the last 20k however so you can always try the spark plug non fouler route

I tried and tried the o2 spacers with no luck. I still got cel but I do have a TP . With your highflow cat and one spacer you should be fine. I have heard that some times with just the HFC it doesn't give any codes.
