Wondering if anyone here has had any issues with corrosion on their coilover.

My fenders are getting rubbed a lot because I have it too low and I don't want to roll them. I tries raising up the car and they seem to have seized. I tried some lubricants but nothing can get it to budge. I even tried using a hammer on the wrench to see if I could get it to move.

What do you think? Am I screwed?
