Aftermarket Carplay for a 2008 Audi A6

My car does not have a usb port, aux port, or Bluetooth music system

It does have a Bluetooth telephone system, and an AMI port in the glove box

Are there any aftermarket carplay systems that would have a more functional Bluetooth system?

Have you had a look at RSNav (www.rsnav.com)? I am not sure if your MMI will support it but I have an MMI 3+ and the RSNav standalone unit works really well with it. The instructions are pretty bad but I found some videos on YouTube that showed the process and it is pretty easy.
