2015 S5 Changes?

All - searched high and low for any info on 2015 changes, if any. I am very close to pulling the trigger on a 2014 Monsoon that is sitting on the lot. Just wondering if there is any chance of Daytona for 2015. Streaming audio?

Anything you know or have heard is much appreciated.

Streaming Audio already exists. 2015 should be the same car as 14' and for 2016 the new body A5 should be out.

Black Optics Plus is another rumored change. Maybe this includes blacked out rings and logos?

If Daytona is available in a 2015 S5, be prepared to pay $70k for a special edition like what they did with the last V8 S5 for MY 12.

i have a 13 s5 never tried it......how does one get this to work?

is it bluetooth enabled? will i be able to play things off my iphone 5s and have it run through the car speakers?

Thanks for the info. Close on a Monsoon 2014 S5, but have a 12 Monsoon A4 s-line (pkg) with 19" RS4 reps and I looooove Daytona. Anyway, looks like I should just do the 2014 and wait 3-4 years until the B9.

Haven't been able to sleep since driving the S5 - grins all the way around. Planning 20" Hartmanns - either peelers, RS4, or Titanium 5-spoke, as well as H&R OEM Springs. Getting Blk Optic, and will prob do a light tint. That's it for now anyway.

Step 1: Make sure you have the navigation package.

Step 2: Pair your phone with the car, then go into Media--> Source --> Select your phone

Daytona is such an amazing color 24/7. If the budget permits it, it's $3900 (assuming its not available). The wait for the B9 probably won't take 3 years. 1.5 - 2 years is more likely.

Yeah, giving that some real thought. I don't tent to stay in the cars as long as originally planned, so although I know I would be giddy over Daytona I'm not sure it's worth it. Really don't understand why they offer it on the A but not the S. Makes no sense to me at all.

I agree - B9 will be here in a couple years, but I'd likely wait one if not two model years before stepping, so kinks can get worked out. 2014 for three years and B9 something in 2017...

Glad to know there is streaming audio on the 2014 - not something that is really obvious and when I last looked at the S5 in 2012, it wasn't available.

It's not offered in the A or S. People who have it, either ordered it and paid between $2500-3900 or it's a one model year special package (eg '14 A5 Sline Competition Package and '12 S5 Special Edition).

Got it. There are two of them on my local dealer lot now. Both competition package (with black optic). Was almost tempted given that aesthetically it's super close to what I want and oh that color.
