So I got this http://audis4parts.com/2.7t-engine-p...7.1-m-box-ecu/ to flash my stage 3 file on it.

Shows up as m-box in nefmoto but when I put in my 02 car the abs and traction control lights show up. Build date shows 99 on the spare one ecu.

Are there any hardware differences in the ecu's across production years? I'm thinking since my spare looks like a early build ecu and my car has esp and thats why the esp and abs lights are on.

Recode to 06711? (I usually use 13737 if it makes you log in first)
There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.
