Basic engine question. Searched with no luck

Sadly i have owned this car for quite a while, but i never knew the answer to these questions. I have looked but i can't find the answer. If someone would be so kind to answer these question for me. Stage 3 with K04 turbos requesting a max boost of 24 psi, how much is each turbo pushing toward that 24 psi goal? What is the total psi at the throttle body, i am assuming 24 since that is what is requested. Thanks in advance.

Closed system. All pressures are (roughly) equal.

So does that mean that each turbo pushes 12 psi?

The pressure is not added between each cylinder bank. Each turbo is making "24psi"equally as requested. The pressure regulating (n75) has a divided vacuum line that goes to both wastegates therefore requesting the same from both turbos. The pressure at the manifold is still 24psi.

I believe the only thing that would be added would be the amount of CFM and G/sec @ 24psi each turbo is producing. (?)

Each turbo should be making 24 psi but at half the volume of air. The psi does not get added...the volume does.

^ correct. pressure is not additive in a closed system. G/sec (flow) is additive, that increases. It using two turbo's to increase air volume into the engine while using lower pressure.
