Right around the corner, the SoCal Audi Club continues the fun with a spring track event at Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch (http://www.springmountainmotorsports.com) in Pahrump, NV, April 11-13, 2014. We’ve had great success with the weather this time of year, and we expect nothing less this time around!
If you have never attended a track event, this would be the perfect time to see what the excitement is all about! It’s a safe, controlled environment that allows you to experience the performance aspects of your Audi. We'll be running the full 3.4-mile configuration.
Don’t drive an Audi? No worries! Our events are open to drivers of all makes, however, SUV’s, and convertibles without aftermarket 4-point rollover protection are not eligible.
On site check-in and tech inspections will start at 4PM Friday at the hotel, with a mandatory drivers’ meeting at 8PM. There will also be a first-timers’ meeting at 7PM which is a great opportunity to hear more about the weekend ahead, ask questions, and get comfortable with the event schedule.
Cost is $495.00, and includes the track time, instruction, lunches at the track, and the banquet dinner Saturday night at the hotel, event shirt and other miscellaneous swag. Helmets will be available to rent for those who need one, but if you’re a first-timer, the helmet rental is on us! ACNA membership is required.
Rooms are being held at a local hotel, but are being released to the general public after this weekend (March 24). See our website (www.audiclubsocal.org) for more information and registration.
