We dont have the wheels in yet, but judging by the spoke pattern, it should be in between the M510s and M590s.
We'll have more info when they arrive!

We're running 19x8.5 +35 all around with 235/35/19 tires on his setup

Would a 19x9.5 ET35 with 245/35/19 work on a B7 S4? It should be more concave than 8.5 right?

The 19x9.5 is the deep concave fitment, but its an aggressive fitment for the front of the B7s.
The 8.5s are recommended, but the 9.5s will fit with some work such as rolled fenders, camber, etc.

For reference, my 19x8.5 et35 M580s with 245s rub up front on big bumps and fast turns. I'm fairly low, but not crazy.... A thread or two up and I should be fine, just haven't gotten to it. B6 cab, so I'm not sure of the difference in fenders w/ the B7.

Did you take the screws off on top of then front fender? I am quite low too on KW V3 I guess I need more time to think about this and try to figure it out.

235/35/19 tires are recommended for the B7/B6 to avoid rubbing, with a 235 tire you shouldnt have issues with rubbing even with a drop.

Update: I got the car up on jacks this weekend and removed the top fender screw, moved suspension up just one thread (may not have needed to), and stiffened compression a tad and no more rubbing.
