CEL blinking car doesn't start, but not throwing any codes. PLEASE HELP!

So I replaced my one of my intercoolers and when I went to start my car the CEL was blinking steady. Car turns over but doesn't start. Weird thing is there are no codes stored. Anyone might know why this is happening? I think it might be something with me APR tuned ecu (stage 2) because I can't switch programs or anything. Only electrical thing I did was unplug the battery so completely stumped on what happened. Car was running mostly fine before working on it, only boosting a little low because the cracked intercooler.

You sure you plugged everything back in? Did you have to mess with the icms or any grounds? Double check everything if you haven't already. From my experience the blinking cel means an ignition problem although there could be other causes I'm not aware of.

Blinking CEL usually means you are having misfires. I would check to make sure your 2 main wiring loom grounds are indeed connected properly like D stated above.

Blinking CEL could be caused by APR anti-theft. It is asking for security code. I've been there.

That sounds like it could be the answer. Now, how to get the code? Is that something apr could supply you with remotely, or would you have to send them the ecu?

I didn't directly mess with any grounds, but I suppose it's possible something came undone. Going to do another look over tonight I guess.
Tried my security code a BUNCH of times but the light keeps blinking, and can't change programs like I'm supposed to after inputting it. Going to call the place that tuned it to be sure I have the right code or maybe there's a different one for this circumstance..
Thanks for the suggestions, willing to try anything at this point!

Turns out it was just the apr security lockout. Goes to show that frustration never helps a fix! Nor a shop that doesn't inform you that the ecu will go into lockout after unplugging the battery.

Maybe over the phone if you call, if not I'm pretty sure you have to send it in.

It doesn't always go into lockout mode but it did a couple times on me. Good to hear you got it working.
