    help with rns-e multimedia interface and rear view camera

    i buy a ebay multimedia interface and a aftermarket rear view camera.I need help with the installation of the multimedia interface the 12v wire(pin 15),ground wire(pin 12),c-bus low(pin 10) and c-bus hi(pin 9) is good.The other wires is for the RVC. mi question is i need program the rns-e,is a USA rns-e or is plug and play?
