Anyone in OC/LA interested in swapping their stock exhausts for a Borla exhaust? I just picked a B8.5 S4 with a Borla exhaust and i'd like to go back to stock. Sooner the better PM me if you're interested and we can work out logistics, price etc...

    Thanks!

I've heard 8.5 exhaust has bigger tips. Otherwise it is a direct swap and should fit.

Located in southern california. Primary reason for going back to stock is to make sure warranty isn't voided. Does putting a B8 exhaust on an 8.5 void the warranty?

Located in LA/OC area as well. Highly interested. Pretty sure you would have zero issues warranty wise putting a stock system from a B8 on your B8.5

Spoke with a parts dept. a several audi dealers and it looks like the exhaust varies each year, so 2011 and 2012 won't work. If anyone has a 2013 b8.5 they stock exhaust they want to swap out or sell. Let me know!

I don't see how that's possible, given that all of the after market exhausts fit b8 and b8.5's, regardless of year (2010-14)...

It had nothing to do with fit, it had to do with emissions. In 2011 I was told there were three different exhausts depending on when the engine was manufactured. The primary difference was emissions/smog ratings. I spoke to the parts and service departments at both Mckenna Audi, and Woodands Hills Audi.

If anyone else has insight on this, I'd appreciate it.
