    Another power steering question

Hello, so a little while back a return line came off of my power steering on my 2005 b6 S4. The mechanic put the hose back on and replaced the clamps with high pressure ones and bled the system. It has gotten a lot better in the weeks but at low speeds such as backing up into my driveway I have to fight the wheel with two hands. Higher speeds are no problem. When I open the cap after it has small bubbles, almost frothy but not quite. when I take the cap off it seems to drive a bit better and I even did circles with the cap off in a parking lot. Should I just dedicate like 20 minutes to circles and that would help? Or bled again? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
p.s - I have not heard any whine or noise while driving
