Loosing Power! at high rpm 1.9tdi!

hey guys, i own a 2003 audi a4 b6 1.9tdi its the aux engine model and its a se model too 130bhp 1.9tdi, i have noticed the last couple of weeks that it looses power over 3000rpm when its on full throttle from 1500rpm and only in 2nd or 3rd gear i mainly notice it? but when i use full throttle from 2500rpm up to redline it doesent loose power it pulls great. any ideas guys? it always does it t the same rpm around 3100rpm. would it be the egr valve failing? thanks guys!

any codes? Intake plugging... turbo actuator seizing/not holding vacuum...

no plugged in with vcds and shows no engine faults the turbo is perfect too. i used vag com in engine section to move the actuators and everything seems to be working perfect. i also done a vacum test on it last week and there was no leaks every pipe is perfect, the only thing i did notice is around the egr valve on top there is oil around it, is that a sign of the egr valve going? everytime i go full throttle from 1500rpm to redline it drops power/boost at 3100 without fail and when i go full throttle from 2500rpm to redline is pulls great like it should nearly everytime. thanks for a reply. any more clues to what it could be? beside a egr valve?
