Can VAGCOM adjust the speed that drive select changes the steering settings for Auto?

When ADS is set on Auto mode or on Individual mode with Auto for the steering, I find the steering effort stiffens up at 13 mph and I'd like to increase the speed that the change occurs. Does anyone know if VAGCOM can make the changes required to accomplish this, and if so, how?

I'm also curious about this. I notice that when the steering is set to 'Auto' and I slow down quickly to low speed to take a turn, the steering feels heavy as if I was still going the ~50mph that I was before slowing into the turn. My assumption is that the time required for the steering assist to change is longer than the time for me to decelerate from ~50mph to ~5mph to make the turn.
