All of a sudden headlight will flutter. So i replaced the bulb. Worked for about 2 weeks. Now just flutters and goes off...
Could be a fuse or the relay?

They dont usually flutter for long...

200$ for just the bulbs? Double check the sockets, I have seen them pretty jacked up and cause fluttering from a bad connection.
    Other than that, ballast.

Do they have a socket, or wires that come directly off the bulb?
There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.

Try swapping bulbs from drivers to passenger side, then swapping ballasts if that doesn't yield any results. Could be in the wiring as well.

broken tabs cause it to appear to flicker while driving cause it moves around -- very common. get some superglue

or as they said, swap parts.
