stock dv flutter

Whats up guys, another problem that hopefully will be as easy to figure out as my last one. I put my stock dv back on and it makes a flutter noise upin release. My boost gauge reads -8 at idle and will normally boost 5-6 psi. Yesterday it started misfiring and bucking pretty bad under slight load and barely noticeable under wot. It was also idling all over the place from 500-2000rpms.I replaced the spark plugs and the problem went away. Now it returns randomly but not as bad. However im only boosting 3psi when it comes back. After it goes away again the car comes alive and will boost up to 8psi however only in 4th. My boost psi falls off really fast. No codes or cel. Thanks for your help. Only mods are cai.

Edit...I will post I video link of the car before the idle and strange boost patterns. But it still shows low vacuum, boost and the flutter sound

Hey there, any change for a vag-com? just cause maybe your coil packs are having an issue, or your stock DV is shot causing no boost to build? alot of things i could think of. have you checked your vacuum lines recently? boost leak test? lol i can keep going if you want.

I havent had access to vagcom yet. And coil packs are fairly new s4 coils. When I put my hks ssqv on I replaced the vacuum going to the intake manifold. However I havent done a leak test ive just visually inspected them. The only reason other than the coils are only 3k miles old I dont think its them is because I would think it would throw a misfire code or a cel and neither of those have happened

Update.....I changed the no name digital gauge (my wife bought me for fathers day) for a mechanical one (sunpro) I also replaced a few vaccum lines with silicone lines. Cleaned the maf and icm and a few others. After a 20 min idle and 15 min drive my idle is at -17 to -19 and in boost im at 6-8psi I haven't had any bucking or erratic idle yet so hopefully thats gone. However mh dv still flutters when I release the accelerator unless its a fast release at around 2-3psi.....any thoughts?

Another update I put everything back to stock and im still getting boost surges and sporadic idle. Its stalled a few times coming off boost rolling to a light. Starts up no problem though.
