Residual issues from dealer re-program? Or issues with my mmi update?

My avant fell victim to the rear washer hose breaking and my amp fried. Sourced a second hand amp with the same part number from a salvage yard.

Before I went to the dealership for the reprogramming I updated from 1190 to 4610 using the oem update discs

I Took it to the dealership for component protection removal and programming. When I got it back after the hour the drivers window was stuck down and would not function. They took it back to fix that issue and afterwards it was working.
It was backed into while in the service bay so I had to take it back a week later. During this time my wheel controls worked.

Upon getting it back now, my wheel controls dont work; but the buttons are recognized in vagcom under the steering wheel group.

I've also now noticed that the info screen for the hvac controls do not appear on the mmi when adjusting or when I hit the setup button. Is this something that the mmi update did?

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow but I want to know if anyone else has had similar complications with reprogramming/updating as to get some knowledge under my belt.

Issue solved - apparently the reprogramming of the amplifier caused group 07 to loose adaptation.

Anyone got an idea of what they did?
