So many codes and no cheats ><

Been getting a misfire code for about a month now and I have been moving around the CP's to see if it was them. Now I'm getting multiple misfires. However, the cylinder 2 keeps misfiring. I checked the spark plugs and they all seem to ok and I regapped them to 30-32. CP's look fine and there is no oil or liquid down in the plugs seat. I am having a thermastat problem but I don't think it is the cause. I replaced the coolant sensor hoping it was just than but no dice. Though since I replaced that, now I am having boost problems. Just a couple clarifying questions:

1- when you swapped the coilpacks, you did so too all of them at the same time or just cylinder 2 with another?
2- Cooling System code could be for faulty thermostat, I had a similar issue recently. car wouldnt ever heat up
3- boost code could be for divertor valve. Do you have the recent revision? I think it is Revision "D"
