G'day Boys,
Saw this popped up on my news feed on facebook
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ringe...g/193221507565
So apparently there's gonna be a 240mm full-faced cerametallic clutch offered by ringer racing(clutch masters?). Im guessing this should be a good clutch for those making 350whp and above who daily drive their A4?
I have a specially ordered CM FX350 fibertuff with 2500lbs PP that's not fitted yet(still gathering parts for the build) and thought of running this, assuming the full faced cerametallic clutch handles more torque like an FX400 but much easier to use day to day..
FYI, I'll be running a 1.9L built head+IE CVA2 cams/motor with EFR7064 0.92 TST4 with full-race's EFR manifold + downpipe. Still havent decided on ECU, either an ME7.5 wideband conversion or Haltech's soon to be released stand alone ECU(DBW, knock control, 28 digital outputs, flex fuel ready ie E85 etc etc).
What do you guys think? Good clutch for daily drivers?
Danny
