AWE Non-res downpipes

For sale are AWE Non-res downpipes for the 3.0T. I had these on my previous B8 S4 and never installed them on my B8.5 which has been in the body shop after getting t-boned ): I had these for about a year on my B8 S4.

I must say, I find it disingenuous that you say these are 799 on AWE's website when you clearly bought them at the package price of 500.

well i must say, i find it quite appalling that you would make that assumption, especially to a veteran member.

you state i "clearly" purchased them as a package deal.. wrong. these downpipes were not purchased as a package deal with the exhaust as you state. if you bothered to search or knew my previous B8's history, i ran a STaSIS challenge exhaust paired to AWE non-res downpipes, therefore, i had the downpipes before i had the exhaust.

if someone wanted non-res downpipes without buying the full exhaust, this is a cheaper option than buying new for $800 + shipping. never did i state pricing was firm, either.

Nothing against you personally, saw your sig said AWE exhaust and made the jump.

I will gladly admit my mistake and delete the post.

Edit: also I just come off as a dick on the internet most of the time, but I don't change the way I talk to anyone based on other factors. That's pretty much the opposite of condescending, rather skeptical of all.

Was there any drone with these non res? I have stasis challenge exhaust as well. Also was your B8 dsg or 6mt?

haha, yeah, i try to ignore them

my b8 was DSG. there was some drone, but it wasn't terrible. i think 'drone' is subjective, as the STaSIS exhaust seemed to have the same drone without downpipes. it's more that their exhaust sounded a bit 'droney' to me, i think. it certainly made the exhaust much more aggressive sounding
